At DMHA Home, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Warranty

All products sold by DMHA Home come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Select products from UGREEN carry an extended 2-year warranty. If your product develops a fault or defect within the applicable warranty period due to manufacturing issues, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Approved warranty claims include a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns remains the buyer's responsibility.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all change-of-mind returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned to our address in Australia. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For warranty claims, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 1 business day. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 20 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
