Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch Orders are dispatched based on stock location:

  • Australian stock: Dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Supplier stock: Dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Australian Stock Shipping We ship Australia-wide — free shipping on all Australian orders. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Regional and remote addresses may take a little longer.

  • Orders under $20 are sent via untracked delivery.
  • Orders $20 and over include tracked delivery.

Supplier Stock Shipping Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Tracking availability varies by order:

  • Australian stock orders under $20 are dispatched untracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order ships.
  • Australian stock orders $20 and over include tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Supplier stock orders are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Customs & Duties Supplier stock orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, or peak periods such as Christmas or sale events.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DMHA Home is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days at info@dmhahome.com.
